Since the squishies are entirely handmade, we cannot guarantee that every product will be exactly the same in quality. Some items may have minor imperfections.

To prevent any future disputes, please record a video during unboxing.

Returns or exchanges not due to our responsibility will incur a $2 handling fee.

Returns and exchanges are accepted unconditionally for the following reasons:

1. The squishy has significant defects or differs greatly from the product images.

2. Serious defects that make the product unusable.

3. The product is damaged.

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us via email, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Any return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Requests made after 14 days will not be processed. The buyer must provide the tracking number in a timely manner.

Depending on the reason for the return, Creamy Tree will have different return policies.

If the issue is caused by Creamy Tree, such as a product quality problem, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to the buyer’s personal reasons, the buyer must bear all return and exchange costs after obtaining Creamy Tree’s approval.

Creamy Tree assumes no liability for packages lost while being returned to us. Please select your logistics provider with caution.
