What is CreamyTree’s return policy?
Since all our squishies are 100% handmade, we cannot guarantee every product will be exactly identical. There may be slight color differences between individual pieces, as well as tiny amounts of micro air bubbles on the surface. These are normal handmade traits and do not affect appearance or usability. To avoid any potential disputes after purchase, please kindly record a full unboxing video when receiving your order.
We accept return and exchange requests from customers under all circumstances. Please follow the process below:
- Contact our official customer service via email and explain the reason for your request. We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video when receiving the package. If the video proves the product has genuine quality defects, we will send a replacement directly without requiring you to return the original item. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all quality-related after-sales claims.
- Send the product back to the address provided by our support team, and provide the tracking number of your return package.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Additional Terms
- All squishies are 100% handmade. Slight color differences and tiny air bubbles are normal handmade characteristics, not considered quality defects, and cannot be used as reasons for unreasonable returns or exchanges.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are artificially damaged, self-modified, stained, used, or missing original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Blind box items are randomly allocated. Returns or exchanges due to disliking the style or receiving duplicate designs are not accepted. Only severe damage or obvious manufacturing defects are eligible for after-sales service.
- All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after package delivery. Requests beyond the time limit will not be accepted.
- Shipping fee policy: For personal reasons such as dislike, wrong order or impulse purchase, the buyer is responsible for both return and reshipment fees. For verified product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Official email is the only authorized channel for after-sales service. Private messages on social media will not be regarded as valid support requests. We reserve the right of final decision for all special cases.
